We have a complete range of condiments and spreads made from porcini mushrooms and other typical natural products of our land. These products are ready-to-use and can be very useful when cooking. The spreads are particularly useful for preparing appetisers and crostini but also first courses, and are excellent with egg or stuffed pasta. The sautéed mushrooms are an excellent accompaniment for grilled meat and schnitzels. The flavoursome ragouts need no presenting and make excellent first courses together with a nice glass of red.
