After an initial selection carried out directly onsite by our pickers,
the products arrive in our labs.

Here they undergo preliminary controls to determine their species and overall quality, are batched and codified for traceability purposes, and finally are subject to a complete battery of tests that are much more detailed, structured and extensive than those required by current regulations.

If they pass the preliminary controls and lab analysis, the products proceed immediately to the final processing phase: an additional manual control, piece by piece, which as well as making it possible to prepare the products according to specific and stringent quality parameters (size, appearance etc.), also enables any remaining defects not spotted during the previous selection phases to be eliminated.
